Pepita del Piave®

The Pepita del Piave® is a

flavoursome blend of carefully

selected Italian pork meat

which is worked by hand and

aged for a period of 40 to 60

days depending on its size.

The meat is processed within

24/36 hours of the butchering

to ensure greater softness to

the product. The mix of spices

and aromas with which it is

coated confer to it its unique

and unmistakable fragrance.

It does not contain

milk by-products and

is gluten-free.
