Pancetta Pepata

The Pancetta Pepata

(peppered bacon) is made

using the rindless belly of

exclusively Italian pigs.

It is salted and flavoured

with sea salt and spices and

once the processing has

been completed it is wrapped

in a black pepper coating

protecting it during the aging

phase. It has a delicate taste

which pleasantly contrasts

with the external spices.

It does not contain

milk by-products and

is gluten-free.
